I led the complete digital transformation as designer and developer. Starting with a UX audit, I created wireframes and high-fidelity mockups in Figma, then handled the full visual redesign. I developed the entire website on WordPress, customizing themes and plugins for their needs. I also managed the migration of over 200 pages of content, working closely with their marketing team to ensure SEO continuity.
